Debuff Explanations

bullet

Hydrobullet Target

Designated target of Hydrobullet, which will activate when this effect expires.

This is a simple spread marker. It is sigificantly larger than a single square, with a radius of ~1.5 squares.

fall

Hydrofall Target

Designated target of Hydrofall, which will activate when this effect expires.

This is a simple 2 person stack. It is a bit smaller than an arena square - If you are in the center, it will not quite reach the corners. This debuff is always role based - both supportSupport or both dpsDPS, unless a player is dead when castHydrofall resolves.

Mechanics

Begins with castHydrobullet or castHydrofall. This will apply either bulletHydrobullet to all players, or fallHydrofall to one role. Shortly after the cast, the other debuff is applied with a longer timer.

castBlowing Bubbles Spawns circles around the edge of the arena. They will spawn one bubble each which slowly moves forward. Getting hit by a bubble is guaranteed death.

The hitbox for the bubbles is infront of the bubble. While it is safe to touch its back, If you get anywhere near the front it will reach out with its little bubble hands and grab you.

castHydrobomb Causes circular AOEs to spawn under each player 3 times, over the next few seconds. This is cast twice during the mechanic. Both castHydrobullet and castHydrofall resolve while castHydrobomb AOEs are appearing.

Strategy

This mechanic is role based, and does not require any flexing, however it does change based on whether or not bulletHydrobullet or fallHydrofall resolves first.

Spread Spots

Tank tank

ranged Ranged

Healer healer

melee Melee

Ranged spread in the far corner of their quadrant.

Melee spread in max melee in their quadrant. Be sure to drop your 3rd puddle at max melee.

Dodge the puddles towards your spread spot. The spread will resolve when the third puddle appears.

Move towards middle, and get ready to meet with your partner.

tankTank and rangedRanged meet north.
healerHealer and meleeMelee meet south.

Move middle once all the bubbles pass. Do not try to run infront of the bubbles in the middle two columns.

Move in behind the behind the last bubbles as they pass. The stack will resolve when the 2nd puddle appears. Dodge the 2nd and 3rd puddles wherever works.

Stack Partners

Tank tank

ranged Ranged

Healer healer

melee Melee

Begin by pairing up with your partner. Find the “Gap” on the north/south wall - you will be dodging into this when castHydrobomb puddles begin to appear.

When the first puddle appears, dodge towards the gap with your partner.

Ranged players should move to the corner of the safe quadrant.

Melee need to squeeze into the middle tomake their way to the quadrant east/west of them. sprintSprint is reccomended.

Note: Melee always cross, regardless of which quadrant the stack was taken in.

Remember: The rear side of the bubbles are safe. Cut close behind them, or you may not be able to make it across in time.

Ranged players dodge their puddles along the east/west walls.

Melee players will drop their puddles on the way to their destination. Try to be in max melee before the 2nd puddle appears.

You will need to continue dodging puddles after the spread AOE resolves.
